Effects of Hurricane Irene. Picture story

In the last week Hurricane Irene struck the U.S. East Coast, has evolved from a tropical storm in the Caribbean Sea before the storm the third category. Under the influence of heavy wind and rains fell trees, resulting in millions of people were left without electricity, and in nine states killed 26 people. Although hurricane strength again decreased to a tropical storm when Irene "reach" of New York, heavy rains caused by this "guest" have caused floods in many states.
