Earlier, British researchers reported that fasting stimulates the production of growth hormone.
Intense physical exercise combined with intermittent fasting (12-24 hours) give a much greater effect than regular meals. Physical activity and the lack of food — these are the conditions in which the human body has evolved over thousands of years, the researchers stressed.
