June 21-22 at the landfill MVD Russia in the village of New (Balashikha), the IV Moscow Open championship on sports sniping. The competition was attended by 59 shooters from across the country, which included both hands-athletes and staff of Russian special forces.
 As part of the competition, participants were asked to compare their skills in 14 exercises at ranges of 50 to 800 meters. Many of the exercises had features: Shoot arrive on time with the movements, with the transfer of fire from an unstable position, etc.

Championship winners were determined in the individual standings. First and second places were employees of Russian units, the bronze medalist shooter's test of "PROMTEKHNOLOGIYA" Andrei Nechayev. There were also separate category: special prizes were awarded to Andrew Proskurin, the winner in the category of "Shooter-athlete", and also the best shot among the special forces.

The winners in the overall match were awarded prizes — certificates for products and services ORSIS arms factory in the amount of 100, 75 and 50 thousand, respectively, the winners in each category received certificates in the amount of 30 thousand rubles.

The organizers of the event were made by the National Federation of precision shooting and precision shooting sports club (Moscow), co-organized and sponsored — the company "PROMTEKHNOLOGIYA" (brand ORSIS). The event was held with the cooperation and assistance of command MVD of Russia.

Moscow Open championship on sports sniping— The traditional annual match, which is one of the largest on this sport discipline in our country. The aims and objectives of the championship is to improve the level of marksmanship amateurs and professionals and share best practices in the defeat of small targets.
