According to authorities, the high risk of hurricanes and squalls forecast in Krasnodar, Stavropol, Transbaikal, Khabarovsk, Kamchatka, Primorsky Territory, Karachay-Cherkessia, Mordovia, Republic of Karelia, the Amur, Sakhalin, Tomsk, Orenburg, Penza, Samara, Saratov, Arkhangelsk, Leningrad , Kaliningrad, Moscow, Vladimir, Volgograd and Rostov regions and the Jewish Autonomous Region.
Heavy rains, which can lead to large-scale emergencies, expected in Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Primorsky Krai, Bashkortostan, Adygea, Rostov, Volgograd, Sakhalin regions, and in all regions of the North Caucasus Federal District.
Wet snow on the wires are not excluded in the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions, Dagestan, Sakhalin, Novgorod, Leningrad, Vladimir, Moscow, Smolensk regions, and large hail — in Krasnodar, Stavropol, Karachai-Cherkessia, Orenburg, Volgograd, Rostov and Amur regions .
