In anticipation of the Hyacinth.

In the Eastern Military District (OIE) in the near future is expected entry into service of new heavy self-propelled artillery system (ACS) "Hyacinth".

About 20 ACS "Hyacinth" will join an existing fleet artillery weapons (ACS "Acacia", "Carnation") connections TSB.

The case provides protection from bullets and shrapnel. ACS "Hyacinth" may firing from covered positions and direct fire. 152-mm self-propelled guns "Hyacinth" — domestic ranged weapon, second only to the 203-mm self-propelled gun "Peony", capable of hitting targets at a distance up to 28 km, and the special shell — up to 33 km.

It is designed to suppress and destroy offensive nuclear weapons, government, logistics, manpower and combat materiel in concentration areas and strongholds.
