As part of a pilot project in the Novosibirsk region built two three-storey buildings with a total area of 6,356 sq.m. The construction of the formation of the rental housing stock is directed 130 apartments.
"Today, we realize that project we talked about for a long time — said the governor Vasily Yurchenko. — Our goal was to create a fund rental housing for scientists so that they can get legally protected housing, comfortable accommodation.
We have developed mechanisms that benefit and the employer, and not burdensome to the regional budget. We subsidize part of the rent for the apartment, so the price is lower than the market. In the future, we plan to offer such apartments in the hiring of employees of public sector and other needy citizens. Now the Government has been working in the region for the selection of sites in other parts of the city. "
