Kazakhstan and the United States will sign a new five-year plan for military cooperationThe military authorities of Kazakhstan and the United States until the end of August this year, will sign a new Five-Year Plan cooperation. As said on Tuesday the press service of the Ministry of Defence of Kazakhstan, now defense minister Adylbek Jaksybekov met with the Secretary of the Navy of the United States Reyem Mabus.

Parties highlighted the importance of the five-year plan of cooperation, in which the well is working in areas such as peacekeeping, training, technical assistance and development of the system of military education. This year completes the implementation of the current five-year plan of military cooperation.

"Representatives of the military departments are intensely interaction in the process of developing a new — the third draft plan for the future five-year period, the signing of which is planned before the end of August this year, "- said in a statement.

"The head of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev, with special attention to the development and modernization of the armed forces, put the puzzle on the formation of a small, highly mobile and at the technical level, the equipped army. Accordingly, we attach fundamental importance to the research of excellence in the U.S. defense activities and the introduction of the armed forces" — said Jaksybekov.
