Heavy rain caused the west coast of Australia floods

Incessant rains caused severe flooding on the west coast of Australia. Brunt of the disaster was in the capital of Western Australia — Perth.

As reported by the representative of the rescue Robert Smock, decided to evacuate people from low-lying areas. Under the water were the main motorway. Fallen trees caused by the disruption of power lines. There were reports of damaged roofs and cars, according to ITAR-TASS.

According to the meteorological observations, the number dropped in Western Australia is the largest rainfall in the last 60 years.
