President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a directive on December 31 number 4 "On the development of entrepreneurship and stimulating business activity in Belarus."
BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The directive has nine sections. And their names are "formulated in the form of conceptual system requirements to all public authorities and organizations NGOs and the citizens of the country ":
First ensure the further development of fair competition of business entities regardless of ownership.
Second create conditions for the smooth conduct business.
Third Eliminate unnecessary administrative barriers to cooperation between public authorities and legal persons and citizens.
Fourth Complete harmonization of the tax system in force in Belarus with the European countries. Make the tax laws in nature, stimulating conscientious fulfillment of tax obligations and business initiative.
Give the control of the fifth precautionary in nature, go to the predominant use of preventive measures.
Sixth Improve infrastructure and financing for small businesses in order to enhance business activities.
Delete the seventh over-regulation of the labor market.
The eighth form the legal framework that encourages development in Belarus, a public-private partnership.
Ninth provide unambiguous legal regulation and stability of legislation regulating business activities.
