In the U.S., hundreds of people were evacuated due to flooding

No less than six hundred Americans were forced to leave their homes because of the flood of Missouri. The disaster broke out in the Middle West of the U.S. state of Iowa.

In the settlement Modeyl evacuated 300 people and three hundred left their homes voluntarily, according to CNN. In the nearby village of Council Bluffs Blaffz owners left at least 100 homes. In other settlements along the river Missouri evacuation will be announced in the near future.

Missouri River spills are a recurring disaster for the United States. Grandiose flooding in Missouri, what happened in the XVII century, the researchers found the first continent, French travelers. The last time there was a catastrophic flood in the river in 1993, when flooding in the region did not cease from April to October.
