Republican Clinical psychotherapeutic center of the Ministry of Health of Belarus opened in Ufa.

The two-storey building is planned to hold consultations, diagnosis, treatment of patients with crisis states after the family, age, and interpersonal conflicts. Here, experts will create a psychotherapeutic environment (an organized group with the participation of patients, their relatives and friends). In addition to drug therapy and psychological counseling, patients will undergo a course of movement, physical therapy, dietary and reflexology sessions.


— Recently, there has been a tendency to increase the number of people suffering from borderline mental disorders, — said Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly — Qurultay RB Lily Gumerova. — All of this — the consequences of accelerating the pace of life, increased traffic load. The emergence of a specialized center to assist the population of the republic — a step in the formation of the mental health of the citizens, which is the guarantor of the stability of the state.
According to experts, over the past 80 years, the number of different forms of borderline mental disorders has increased by more than 30 times. Depressions of different etiology affecting more than 40 percent of the world's population. Specialized treatment of these patients was carried out only in a neuropsychiatric and psychiatric hospitals. In addition, until recently, many patients and their relatives were hesitant to apply to such institutions for fear of social impact and professional constraints.

As the chief medical officer of the National Clinical psychotherapy center Ilgiz Timerbulatov, soon to be opened offices crisis assistance in areas of the country.
