In St. Petersburg, came unusually warm days

MOSCOW, November 2 — RIA Novosti. Unusually warm for late fall weather in St. Petersburg, cutting the maximum temperature for November 2 in the history of weather observations, told the chief forecaster urban meteorologist Alexander Kolesov.

Previous heat record was registered in St. Petersburg in 1957, when the temperature reached 10.8 degrees.

"Today, at 14 o'clock in St. Petersburg, the temperature rose to 11.3 degrees, surpassing the previous record in 1957 of 10.8 degrees," — said Kolesov.

According to him, the unusual warmth in St. Petersburg brought the flow of air from the Baltic Sea in the last three days.
