The upcoming September in Russia will be warmer than usual

The first month of the calendar fall in most parts of Russia will be a little warmer than usual, and rain will fall at or slightly less than normal, said on Friday Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.

According to the forecast distribution of anomalies of temperature and precipitation in September in Russia the average monthly temperature will be near normal, or one degree above historical averages. The only cold spot is located in the northeast of Yakutia and Magadan region — here the September temperature is below normal by about 0.5 degrees.

As expected, the land will usually be restricted to areas along the coast of the Caspian Sea, in particular, Dagestan and southern Astrakhan region.
