In Estonia, the sea in the morning sprang a tornado

On Friday morning, about seven o'clock in Tallinn in the sky near Tabasalu could see a small tornado.
According to the duty forecaster Estonian Meteorological and Hydrological Institute, now tornadoes — are not uncommon.
"Sea water is relatively warm and the sea forms a small cumulus clouds," — explained forecaster Delfi. He noted that under them just may form tornadoes.
Most tornadoes can be seen in the second half of summer, when the sea water is still warm.
