Along the New England coast to coast waves emitted dead seals. At the moment, the number of dead animals, has reached 94.
From Maine to Boston, beaches strewn with corpses of seals, but the authorities have no idea about the reasons that led to this mass extinction of these animals.
It started on 29 September, when surfers, saw several dead seals, which the waves carried to the shore.
Veterinarians who examined the corpses of 6 first dead seals washed up on shore, could not determine the cause of their death.
After that, every day, the waves continue to pass new bodies of dead animals. The reason leading to their death has not been established.
