"Rosneftegas" became the champion — in the past year, the state company listed in the budget of 80 billion Russian rubles dividends. This is 30 billion more than planned to get.
The Russian state-owned companies in the past year have listed in the treasury 213 billion rubles of dividends — is a record of payment in modern Russian history. Financial experts have assumed that the record will be, but not so high: budget plan for 2012 was set at 151.2 billion rubles.
Most of the payments provided "Gazprom" and "Rosneftegas." Gas Holding transferred to the federal budget of 81.5 billion rubles. In 2011, "Gazprom" has received a record profit — 879.6 billion rubles, of which almost a quarter went to the payment of dividends.
The company "Rosneftegas" paid to the budget of 80.5 billion rubles, which is also a record, as in December, the company announced in the budget to pay 50.2 billion rubles. Record payout "Rosneftegas" consists of 50.2 billion rubles, an interim dividend for the nine months of 2012 and 30.3 billion — from the profit for 2011.
In 2013godu the state should get out as dividends 172, 1 billion rubles, in 2014 — 172, 6 billion, and in 2015 a plan made up on the level of 181.8 billion rubles. In this case, major contributors to the federal treasury will continue to be "Gazprom" and "Rosneftegas." The share of "Rosneftegas" will have 110 billion rubles. In the explanatory memorandum to the draft budget for 2013-2015 the Ministry of Finance experts pointed out that the calculations are made of the average annual net profit growth of companies in the seven per cent and that of the dividends they will send at least 25% of net profit under RAS. With the new year, this requirement also applies to the government's "daughters" of state structures.
In addition, it is expected that the "Rosneftegas" can once again surpass the plan for the payment of dividends and in 2013 — in the first half of the company is to sell Britain's BP 5.66 percent of the shares of "Rosneft" for about 150 billion rubles. However, the Finance Ministry said that the dividends from the "Rosneftegas" for 2013 were calculated without taking into account the proceeds of this largest-ever deal.
The government believes that the company should fully transfer the money in the budget. However, the decision to withdraw the treasury of all funds received by "Rosneftegas" as a result of the transaction with BP finally accepted.
