The culprit of major fire in southern France was a teenager 14 years

Fourteen-year teenager was responsible for a large fire that destroyed at least 400 hectares of forest in the south of France, said on Monday AFP.

Last weekend, a fire broke out in the area of about a thousand acres in the small town of Orgon in the department of Bouches-du-Rhone. To fight the fire were thrown more than 700 people.

On Sunday, police arrested a local teenager who was suspected that his actions could result in a fire. According to prosecutors, he admitted that lit the fire.

In late July this teen is suspected in a series of arsons committed in Orgon in early summer.
