Earthquake of magnitude 5.1 occurred off the east coast of Kamchatka. No injuries or damage were reported. Tsunami alarm has not been announced.

As Itar-Tass learned at the Kamchatka branch of the Geophysical Service of Russian Academy of Sciences, an earthquake was registered on Wednesday at 20:37 local time. The epicenter was located in the Gulf of Kamchatka, 60 km from the district center of Ust-Kamchatsky in the east of the peninsula. Hearth lies at a depth of 60 km under the sea.
