The number of inhabitants of the Dominican Republic, who died from a cholera epidemic has reached 128, reported Friday the Ministry of Health and Welfare Caribbean islands. According to experts, the epidemic of this disease decreased for the eighth consecutive week, but the total number of Dominicans who recover from cholera was almost 17 thousand people.
Specialists, epidemiologists have reported that in the outgoing week was recorded 406 new cases of the disease in that week in May fell ill about a thousand Dominicans.
