Day of the Lord — the darkness, and not light.

Courts of Babylon shall come upon the day of God's wrath. This whore filled the measure of iniquity, its time has come, it is ripe for destruction.

"For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities … in the cup which she cooked, mix to her double. How much she hath glorified herself and lived luxuriously, so give her torment and sorrow.
For she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow! For that one day her plagues will come, death and mourning and famine, and she shall be burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judges her. And weep and mourn over her kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and raskoshestvovavshie … saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment pirishel. "

(Otkr.18 :5-10)

"And the merchants of the earth" who "waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies", "will be far from the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city that was clothed in fine linen and purple and scarlet, and decked with gold and stones gems and pearls! For in one hour so great riches. " (Otkr.18: 11, 3, 15-17)

When the voice of God will return the captivity of the people, there will be a terrible awakening of those who have lost everything in the great battle of life. During the test, they are blinded by Satan's seduction justify their sinful lifestyle. Proud of their rich superiority denied such benefits, but they have become rich by breaking the law of God. They neglected their duty to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and to act justly and to love mercy. They sought to elevate themselves and to worship from the people the same as they are deadly. Now they have lost everything that made them great, and have remained poor and defenseless. With horror, they look at the destruction of the idols that chose his Heavenly Father. Sold their souls for earthly riches and pleasures, they did not seek to enrich themselves in God, and as a result suffered a complete collapse. Their inner contentment replaced bitterness and disappointment. All their treasures turned to dust. Accumulated over a lifetime destroyed in an instant. Rich weep over the ruins of its magnificent mansions, cast to the wind over the gold and silver. Suddenly they stop crying, knowing that they themselves must perish with their idols.

Nechistivye not regret that they showed a sinful neglect of God and neighbor, and that God has won. They cry about the consequences of sin, but not repent of his wickedness. Whether it is possible, they would use any means to win.

Now the world can see that those over whom they mocked and ridiculed and even wanted to wipe out, remained intact after the plagues, storms and earthquakes. He who for violators of His Law is a devouring fire, for his people is a safe haven.

Spiritual minister, and truth has been sacrificed human benevolence, will now open the essence of his teachings. Seeing Eye to watch him as he stood in the pulpit, walked down the street and talked to people. Now it shows up. His every feeling, every written line, every word, every action, introducing people astray, had sown the seed, and now in the surrounding wretched, lost souls He sees a ripe harvest.

God says: "And they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying," Peace, peace, "and there is no peace." "You lie made sad heart righteous, whom I have not grieved, and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way and does not save his life." (Ier.8: 11; Iez.13: 22)

"Woe unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! … Here I will visit upon you the evil of your doings "… "Howl, ye shepherds, and cry, and sprinkle the dust, the leaders of the flock: for the days of your slaughter and of your dispersions … And no way to flee, the pastors and leaders of the flock of salvation. " (Ier.23: 1, 2, 25:34, 35)

Ministers and people realize that they do not support the right relationship with God. They see that rebelled against the author of the just and righteous laws. Elimination of the divine precepts opened the way all sorts of evil, discord, hatred, iniquity, until the earth into a vast field of hostility and the abyss of depravity. And all have rejected the Truth and to choose the path of lies see it. Language is not able to describe the anguish that you will experience all nechistivye and wrong at the thought of what to expect for their misdeeds. People in front of talent and eloquence are admired the world now sees things in this world. They understand what they have lost because of their crimes before the Father in heaven. They will fall at the feet of those on whose loyalty before mocked and ridiculed, and recognize that the Father has loved them.

People realize that they were deceived. They accuse each other of their death, but the most bitter charges accrue to the pastors. These Iscariot, false shepherds were predicting a pleasant, teaching their students to live fables, to consider God's law void and harass those who piously worshiped him. Now, in these desperate uchetelya confess before all that deceived people. People are beginning to see, the fury covers crowds. "We were lost — they cry because you lost," and they attack the false shepherds. The same people who most admired their pastors, showered them with most uzhastnaya curses. The same hands that once crowned them with laurels, now rise up to kill them. And swords, which were prepared for the destruction of God's people are now turning against the enemies of the human race. Everywhere there is a struggle and bloodshed.

"Noise comes to the ends of the earth, for the LORD hath a controversy with the nations, he will plead with all flesh, the wicked he will give to the sword." (Ier.25 31) lasted six thousand years the great controversy. Son of God and the heavenly messengers, overcoming resistance evil, warned, educate, save the children of the earth. Now everyone has done for a selection of wicked finally united with Satan in his fight against God. It is time to restore the authority of the law of God trampled. Now, God enters into conflict not only with the devil, but also with people. "The Lord has a controversy with the nations," "the wicked he will give to the sword." "Cursed be he that doeth the work of the LORD deceitfully, and cursed be he that keepeth back his sword from blood." (Ier.25 31, 48:10)

"At the foreheads of people sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst of it," will put an invisible sign of deliverance. Then comes the angel of death, presented a vision of Ezekiel people with deadly weapons, which are commanded: "The old man, a young man and the virgin, the infant and the women beat to death, but come not near any man upon whom is the mark, and start with my sanctuary ' . The Prophet said, "they began at the ancient men which were before the house." (Iez.9 :4-6) in the first place will be destroyed by those who considered themselves to be spiritual guides of the people. Incorrect guards fall first, they will not be spared. Men, women, girls and little children perish together.

"Behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity, and the earth shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain." (Is.26: 21) "And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the people that have fought against Jerusalem: ischahnet his body, while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes Istana in their Yamin, and language it shall wither in his mouth. And in that day be among them a great tumult from the Lord, so that one grasps the hand of another, and raise a hand to his neighbor's hand. " (Zech.14: 12, 13) from ravaging them violent passions and from the awful outpouring of God's wrath, not mixed with mercy, perish the wicked inhabitants of the earth — priests, chiefs, rich, poor, great and small. "And the slain of the Lord in that day — from the end of the earth to the ends of the earth will not be lamented, and will not be tidied up and buried." (Ier.25: 33)

At the Second Coming of Christ, the wicked will be swept away, destroyed the spirit of His mouth and destroyed the radiance of His glory. It will take the Christ to Himself His people in the city of God, and the earth obezlyudeet. "Behold, the Lord maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and it changes the form dissipates living on it." "The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the Lord hath spoken this word." "Because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant." "Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are burned but the inhabitants of the earth." (Is.24: 1, 3, 5, 6)

The whole earth is as desolate desert. Throughout an earthquake devastated ruins of towns and villages, uprooted trees, boulders, discarded or broken away from the sea cliffs, and in dark places, the mountains were cut by others grounds huge gaping cavities and caves.

Is an event that in the inverse, the last solemn service of Yom Kippur. After the service ended in the holy place, and the sins of Israel were being removed from the sanctuary of the blood of the sin offering, then before the Lord led the scapegoat, and in the presence of all the congregation the high priest confessed over him "all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins and laid them on the head of a goat. " (Leviticus 16: 21) In the same way, when the end in the work of redemption in the sanctuary, while the presence of God, the heavenly host of angels and the redeemed the sins of God's people will be assigned to Satan, he was declared guilty of all the evil to which he incited the people of God. As a scapegoat is sent to an uninhabited wilderness, and Satan will be cast on the empty land in the desert, gloomy wilderness.

Revelation predicts the expulsion of Satan and chaos and desolation, which will land, indicating that this state will last for a thousand years. After the description of the second coming of Christ and the destruction nechistivyh the prophecy says, "And I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He seized the dragon, that old serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years after the same that he must be loosed a little season "(Rev.20 :1-3)

Of the two passages it is clear that the term "deep" is immersed into darkness and chaos of the earth. On the state of the earth "in the beginning," the Bible says that it was "without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep" (Genesis 1: 2). The prophecy says that, at least in part, the land will return to this state. Looking at the great day of God, the prophet Jeremiah said, "I beheld the earth — and here, it was without form, and void, — the heavens, and they had no light. I beheld the mountains — and that they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. Look — and behold, no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. Look — and lo, the fruitful — the desert, and all the cities thereof were broken down before the Lord, from the fury of his wrath. " (Ier.4 :23-26)

Here for thousands of years will live Satan and demons. Chained to the ground, he will not be able to penetrate into other worlds to tempt them unfallen inhabitants and annoy them. In this sense, Satan will be bound, because there will be no one on whom he could exercise his power. It will be completely unable to deceive and destroy people that for many centuries was his only joy.

The prophet Isaiah, looking to the deposition of Satan, exclaimed: "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations. Said in his heart, "I will ascend into heaven, above the stars of God exalt my throne … I will be like the most High. " But you are brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, "Is this the man that made the earth shook kingdoms, made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof, did not let his prisoners go home? '. (Is.14 :12-17)

For six thousand years the rebellion of Satan, "the earth to." He "made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof." And he "would not let his prisoners to freedom." For six thousand years, he received his prison of God's children, and they would always remain his prisoners, but Christ broke these shackles and returned prisoners of freedom.

Satan will have no power over even nechistivymi, he left alone with the demons that have experienced the consequences of a curse caused by sin. "All the kings of the nations, all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house, and thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch … not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people. " (Is.14 :18-20)

For a thousand years, Satan will roam the devastated earth, beholding the fruits of his rebellion against God's law. He will suffer greatly at the time. Since the fall he had no time to think about his actions, but now deprived of his power, he will have a chance to think about what he did on the day when he first rebelled against the government of heaven, and with horror and tepetom expect terrible future where he will have to suffer for all the evil and harm that they have to be punished for the sins, which pushed people.

The captivity of Satan greatly please the people of God. The Prophet said: "On that day when the Lord shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from fear and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve, thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon", "and say, How hath the oppressor. .. LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, the scepter of the rulers, smote the people in wrath strikes inescapable, even in anger that ruled the nations with irresistible persecution. " (Is.14 :3-6)

In a thousand years, between the first and the resurrection will occur votorym trial nechistivymi. Paul points out that the trial will begin after the Second Coming of the Lord: "Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord will not come, who both will light the hidden things of darkness and obonaruzhit the hearts." (1Kor.4 5) Daniel says that when the Ancient of Days came, "judgment was given to the saints of God" (Dan.7: 22). At this time the righteous shall become kings and priests unto God. John says in Revelation: "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, which was given to judge." "They will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him a thousand years" (Rev.20: 4,6). This will be the time that the apostle Paul prophesied: "The saints will judge the world." (1Kor.6 2) Together with Christ, they will judge nechistivyh, comparing their behavior with the Book of the Law, the Bible, and deciding every case according to what he has done while in the body. And the verdict will write to the name of everyone in the book of death.

Christ and His people will judge Satan and evil angels. Paul says, "Know ye not that we shall judge angels?" (Article 3). And the Apostle Jude says: "And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day." (Iud.6)

At the end of a thousand years will be the second resurrection. Then stand nechistivye be resurrected from the dead and stand before God, to hear his sentence. John the Divine Revelation, describing the resurrection of the righteous, says: "The rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years." And the prophet Isaiah speaks of nechistivyh: "And there will be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in prison, and after many days shall they be punished." (Rev.20: 5; Is.24: 22).

"Woe to that desire the day of the LORD! for what is it for you? it — the darkness, and not light, the same as if a man did flee from a lion, and he would fall to the meeting a bear, or went into the house and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him. Not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? it — dark, and no brightness in it. " (Amos 5:18-20)
