According to Interfax, Belarusian side the negotiations will represent the Minister of Finance Andrew Kharkavets and the first deputy head of the National Bank Yuri Alymov.
The Belarusian side, in accordance with the terms of leadership of the Russian government, has prepared a program of action to stabilize the balance of payments, which announced the head of the National Bank Petr Prokopovich. Overall, the program is close to the conditions raised in 2009 —2010x IMF loan.
Officially, the National Bank and the Finance Ministry does not comment on the negotiations until they are completed.
