Salaries of teachers and educators in the second quarter of 2013 were up!

 

In the second quarter of 2013, the average salary of teachers of pre-school education has increased compared to the first quarter by 18.5% and amounted to an average of 24.1 thousand Russian rubles. In the first half of 2013 the ratio of the average monthly salary of teachers of pre-school education to the average monthly wage in the general education of the region on average in the Russian Federation amounted to 90.3%.

The growth of wages of teachers of pre-school education is fixed: more than 60% — in 3 regions (Republic of Sakha — by 75.4% to 45.2 thousand rubles, the Chechen Republic — by 88.9% to 21.5 thousand rubles, Karachay-Cherkessia — by 172.3% to 19.2 thousand rubles) in the range of 20 to 60% — in 36 regions, ranging from 10 to 20% — in 25 regions, ranging from 5 to 10% — 12 regions, less than 5% — 7 parts.

The average monthly salary of teachers of general education in the second quarter of 2013 increased compared to the first quarter by 25.5% and amounted to 32.2 thousand rubles. In the first half of 2013 the target ratio of the average monthly wage pedrabotnikov general education to the average monthly wage of the average for the Russian Federation amounted to 100.6%.

The growth of wages of teachers of general education is fixed: more than 60% — in 4 regions (Murmansk oblast — 61.4% to 62.6 thousand rubles, the Magadan region — by 62.4% to 87.3 thousand rubles, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District — 78.7% to 84.7 thousand rubles, the Republic of Sakha — 96% to 67.4 thousand rubles) in the range of 20 to 60% — in 36 regions, within from 10 to 20% — 22 regions, ranging from 5 to 10% — 13 regions, less than 5% — 7 parts.

In the first half of 2013 the target ratio of the average monthly salary of teachersEarly Childhood Educationto the average wage in the general education of the region:

— exceeded 100% in 4 regions of the Russian Federation: Tver region — 104.5%, Tyumen region — 102.2%, Kursk region — 100.5%, the Kurgan region — 100.5%;

— ranged from 95 to 100% in 9 regions of the Russian Federation: the Udmurt Republic — 98.8%, the Republic of Mordovia — 98.5%, Orenburg region — 97.5%, the Sakhalin Oblast — 97.0%, Ulyanovsk Oblast — 97.0 %, the Republic of Bashkortostan — 96.7%, Belgorod region — 96.3%, Punjab — 96.2%, Moscow Oblast — 95.9%;

— ranged from 90 to 95% in 12 subjects of the Russian Federation;

— was less than 95% in 58 subjects of the Russian Federation, including 75% or less in the Altai region — 75.0% of the Jewish Autonomous Oblast — 71.2%, Moscow — 70.6%, the Republic of Altai — 69.7% of the Volgograd region — 69.4%, the Republic of Tuva — 67.5%.

In the first half of 2013 the target ratio of the average monthly salary of teachersGeneral Educationto the average monthly wage in the region:

— exceeded 100% in 69 subjects of the Russian Federation, including exceeded 125% in the Khabarovsk Territory — 136.7% of the Murmansk region — 130.6%, the Magadan region — 127.4%, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District — 125.7%;

— ranged from 95 to 100% in 10 subjects of the Russian Federation;

— was below 95% in four regions of the Russian Federation: the Republic of North Ossetia — Alania — 90.4%, Krasnoyarsk region — 90.3%, the Chukotka Autonomous District — 85.0%, the Republic of Ingushetia — 76.9%.
