5.4-magnitude earthquake occurred in Japan, and there is the threat of a tsunami

An earthquake measuring 5.4 occurred today at 19:16 local time / 14:16 MSK / in the southern part of the main Japanese island of Honshu. Information on casualties or damage were reported. The National Meteorological Administration announced the tsunami threat, but a few minutes later withdrew the warning.
The epicenter was located at the border prefectures of Hiroshima and Simane and center lies at a depth of 10 km. Tremors felt 10 residents of the 47 prefectures of Japan, including the island of Shikoku.
In the last two days on the island of Honshu marked increase in seismic activity.
