In the Leninsky court Mogilev began civil investigation on the complaint of activists created the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy" by Tatiana Shambalava Regional Directorate of the KGB. The reason for the imposition of an activist court was an official warning from the chairman of the KGB Igor Syarheenka and setting her on the register of the KGB.

Punished Shambalava committee members for participating in an unauthorized protest on Independence Square on December 19 and for the activities of an unregistered organization — the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy".

Tatiana Shambalava considers the actions of the KGB in respect of itself unreasonable and unlawful.

In her complaint, she admits that Mogilev is the coordinator of the organizing committee of the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy" and her work on the committee is not beyond the law "On Political Parties." It is only concerned with preparing for the registration of the party — that can not be the basis for statement on the register.

As for the official warning for taking part in a protest on Independence Square, the KGB, according to Tatiana Shambalava not had the right to make it, as it is the competence of the police and prosecutors. Moreover, says an activist, she had no previous administrative violations, which would give grounds for an official warning.

At the trial on the complaint Tatiana Shambalava chair Lenin District Court Judge Andrew Yurchenko.
