BPF Party filed a complaint with the Minsk Economic Court to overturn the decision of the Soviet ZHREO district to refuse to extend the lease office — reported by the executive secretary of the council BPF rights activist Vladimir Labkovich.
He recalled that on February 17 the party received another letter from the Soviet ZHREO district of Minsk with a warning that the March 31 deadline for tenancy Avenue Masherova, 8, and a new contract will not be signed. The reason for this decision in a letter called the improper performance of rent and late payment of rent.
Labkovich said the evening of 28 March, he paid the state fee and sent a statement to the Minsk Economic Court to set aside the said decision. According Labkovich, tenancy agreement is executed and payment zavinavachanastsyav not.
"Reluctance ZHREO Soviet District renew a lease agreement with us, we believe, is politically motivated. It looks artificial and illegal," — said the human rights activist.
A similar lawsuit will be filed on March 29 by the Minsk regional and Minsk city branch of the BPF.
March 31 leaders of the BPF are going to hold a press conference on the situation with the rental office, and on April 1 — a briefing by the party leader Alexis Yanukevich for representatives of diplomatic missions in Belarus.
