In Colombia, 28 people were killed by a landslide

As a result of mud flows in the Colombian city of Manizales killing 28 people. Several dozen people were injured. Completely destroyed 10 houses.
This official said the local Red Cross. Mud flows caused by heavy rainfall was going in the area in recent days. A large number of casualties due to poor residents built their homes on unstable slopes of ravines, namely the ravines in the first place and moving mudflow.
The head of the rescue service warned that it might be a large number of victims. Rescuers have found the wreckage beneath the mudslide demolished five houses and they are searching for bodies of their inhabitants. Manizales is located 278 kilometers west of the Colombian capital of Bogota. Its population is about 350,000 people.
