Near the town of Split on the southern coast of Croatia, an earthquake measuring 4 on the Richter scale.
The epicenter of the earthquake that was recorded of the National Seismological Service of early Friday morning, June 17, was located 30 km north of Split.
No casualties or damage were reported.
Note that now in Croatia starts high season. Split is a famous tourist destination in the country and has more than 1700 years of history. It is the second-largest city, located in the central part of the Adriatic coast between the cities of Zadar and Dubrovnik.
