Kolomna plant sent to Uzbekistan 4 passenger locomotive

Kolomna Works (Moscow region, is part of ZAO "Transmashholding") completed the program in 2011 for the supply of passenger locomotives TEP70BS for the State Joint Stock Railway Company "Uzbekistan Railways", said the Department of Foreign Relations of TMH.

In total, this year went to Uzbekistan four new locomotives — № № 132, 140, 152 and 160. Last locomotive left the company in early December this year.

Delivery of diesel TEP70BS began in 2007 and is now a park of locomotives has 8 units assigned to the depot Bukhara, Tinchlik, Urgench. They carry passenger services on routes Bukhara — Samarkand, Uchkuduk Urgench — Karshi.
