The prosecutor's office of Minsk sent to the Minsk City Court criminal case against Dmitry Bondarenko, who was a confidant of former presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov.
"In Minsk City to determine the territorial jurisdiction is directed criminal case against Bondarenko, who is accused under Part 1 of Art. 342 Criminal Code"- Told Interfax senior assistant prosecutor of Minsk Sergei Balashov.
As previously reported, on April 13 dealing ex-wife of presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov Irina Khalip Minsk prosecutor's office also sent to the court for determination of territorial jurisdiction.
Also on the case pass Paul Seviarynets, confidant of former presidential candidate Vital Rymasheuski, and the head of election headquarters Statkevich Sergei Martselev.
"They were charged under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of Belarus", — explained in the prosecutor's office of Minsk.
A preventive measure left the same: to Sevyarinets P. and S. Martseleva — detention for I. Khalip — house arrest.
According to the investigation, the actions I. Khalip, S. and P. Martseleva Sevyarinets "were designed to engage and encourage the Belarusian citizens to participate in public events known to be illegal, violating public order, subject to suppression on the part of law enforcement."
In addition, Khalip Bondarenko, Martselev and Seviarynets, according to preliminary investigation, the blame for the artificial creation of a motive "for the reaction of the European Union and the United States, which have made steps to implement its part of sanctions as a means of economic and political pressure on official power in Belarus .
