The contract for the purchase of 28 decked MiG-29K/KUB will be concluded in early February, the first deputy defense minister Alexander Sukhorukov Russia.
"In the beginning of February to February 5-6, will be awarded the contract," — said Sukhorukov. He said that it is about 28 carrier-based fighter to be delivered by 2020. Sukhorukov recalled that in 2011 the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has concluded with the United Aircraft Corporation a contract to supply 55 trainer aircraft Yak-130. "We are planning another order for 10 aircraft," — he said.
