The UN Security Council condemned the terrorist attack in Minsk

The UN Security Council condemned the terrorist attack in Minsk, which killed 12 people.

The Declaration states that the Council "condemns in the strongest possible action that looks like a terrorist act."

It is reported that while the members of the Security Council did not come to a consensus as to the organizers of the explosion. The statement said that the anti-terror steps states must comply with their obligations regarding Human Rights, refugee rights and international humanitarian law.
