The objectives of the start was to confirm the stability of the basic performance characteristics of missiles of this class in the period extended to 24 years of age and to assess the possibility of extension to 25 years.
Training-warhead missiles with high accuracy struck a conditional target on the Kura test site on the Kamchatka peninsula.

Rocket complex "Topol" is the basis of grouping of Strategic Missile Forces. In this case, it is highly survivable due to its maneuverability, stealth and small-time training missile launch.

Strategic Rocket Forces, together with companies, developers solve the problem posed by the President of Russia, to maximize the technical potential of missile systems by extending the terms of their operation in excess of the guarantee. At present, the life of the complex significantly exceeded the initial warranty period of 10 years.

Extending the service life of the RK group "Topol" with minimal financial costs allows for the systematic replacement of rockets of decommissioning, on a new generation of missiles without peak loads on the military budget.

Predicted score reliability and technical condition of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Topol" indicates the possibility of extending the principle of its operation in the future.
