Medvedev congratulated Yanukovych on his victory. And Lukashenka?

President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev urged his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovych to keep the truth about the events of the Great Patriotic War for future generations.

The Russian Embassy in Kiev has extended a greeting text Medvedev Yanukovych to the 66th anniversary of the victory, which specifically states that the heroic past of the two nations will further strengthen the relationship. In turn Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has congratulated the victory of Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.

The site of the Belarusian president is no information about the congratulations from the leaders of the neighboring countries that celebrate the feast of the total unavailable.

On the eve of the Victory Day celebrations massive Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych meanwhile asked the Ministry of Justice to give an expert opinion on the possibility of the use of the red flag. Some regional councils of Ukraine earlier decided to celebrate the holiday with only Ukrainian state symbols.
