Mexican Interjet company intends to increase the order by Superjet-100 is

Mexican airline Interjet may increase its order for Russian airliners Sukhoi Superjet 100 20 aircraft. On this, as reported by El Economista, said the head of the board of directors of the carrier Miguel Aleman Velasco (Miguel Aleman Velasco). 

Velasco said that the Russian plane crash in Indonesia did not affect the plans of the carrier. According to him, the first SSJ-100 company will receive in the future November.

Interjet has signed a contract with Russian aircraft manufacturers for the purchase of 15 SSJ-100 in January 2011. The company also has an option to acquire another five aircraft. The cost of the transaction then valued at $ 650 million.

Sukhoi SuperJet 100 with 45 passengers on board crashed on May 9 during a demonstration flight in Indonesia. Airliner hit in an almost sheer mountainside. The cause of the crash, according to preliminary information, the visibility was poor.

May 16 rescue workers found the "black box" with the Russian aircraft, which has kept the last two hours of talk in the cockpit. All passengers and crew were killed in the crash.

Immediately after the crash in Indonesia's PT Sky Aviation announced that it was suspending purchases of SSJ-100 to determine the cause of the crash. Intermediary company planned to buy 12 Russian aircraft.
