Upon completion of the production of superconducting strands for the ITER project created on the basis of capacity, the assurances of the management corporation TVEL that owns Chepetsky mechanical plant will operate full-scale production of SPM and special alloys with output from 60 to 100 tons per year.
In the future, it intends to transfer the production of CMP on a commercial footing, so now the company is looking for projects that can implement these products. So, for example, CMP has already started to produce superconductors for scanners.

General Director of "Rosatom" reported that to date, there is an order for the output of the federal target program for the development of rare-earth metals in Russia and the CMP has the necessary capacity to expand production here of relevant high-tech processing.
