Prepared by presidential decree on the adoption of a rocket complex "Bulava", told reporters on Sunday the First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Alexander Sukhorukov. "Already a draft presidential decree on the adoption of a rocket complex "Bulava", — he said.

Intercontinental ballistic missile "Bulava" has the potential to become the foundation of naval strategic nuclear forces of Russia, under the missile has already laid the new submarines. Missile test took place several times unsuccessfully, but in October 2010, all the launches were successful.

The last successful salvo launch of two missiles, "Bulava" was held December 23, 2011 on board the nuclear submarine "Yury Dolgoruky" from the White Sea. After that, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said that the missile will be put into service, but the exact time was not called.
