The upgraded helicopter will differ reduced maintenance costs and flight hours. According to the draft, the Mi-171A2 with the main fuel tanks will be flown to a distance of 850 kilometers. An external load helicopter can carry loads of up to five tons. Mi-171A2 will be able to operate at temperatures from -50 to 50 degrees Celsius.
