Kobiakov hopes that the export duty will disappear

The duty on oil for Belarus will be discontinued after the country had signed and ratified all the documents on the establishment of the Common Economic Space.

This was in Astana Vice-Premier of the Belarusian government Andrei Kobyakov, Interfax reports.

Kobyakov said that the decision is enshrined in the Protocol on the individual time exceptions from operation of a unified customs territory of the Customs Union, which was signed simultaneously with the decision to enter the Customs Code.

Thus, Kobyakov said, "duty on crude oil and petroleum products to Belarus will removed automatically, without waiting for the papers to sign and ratify the EEA Russia and Kazakhstan. "
