This was announced by Vice-Premier of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov.
If, before still on the Russian side of the border carried out the customs clearance and control of goods from third countries more than 11 thousand 700 positions, then today will be controlled by only a few dozen types of goods for which an exemption from the mode of operation of a single customs territory of the Customs Union, BelTA informs.
"Any merchandise was imported into the territory of the Customs Union and put into free circulation is free to cross any borders of the Union, without control and customs clearance. So Belarus can organize assembly plants and to freely trade in these products in the territory of the Customs Union", — said Andrey Kobyakov.
Also, the agreement comes into force, tychytststsa establishing common rules in the field of tehnichnanga regulation, sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary control.
"All of the agreements that we have signed and ratified, they will also come into effect July 6, 2010," — said Deputy Prime Minister.
Therefore, all the certificates and the research protocols for compliance with technical requirements of the product obtained directly by Belarusian economic entities in Belarusian research laboratories are valid for the entire territory of the Customs Union.
