On about. Russian mini-CHP plants put into operation North (Vladivostok)

March 13, the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation issued a permit for commissioning mini CHP "North" on the island of Russian in Vladivostok.

Building customer is "DVEUK." This object, the heat capacity is 12.6 MW (10.8 Gcal / h) and electric — 3.6 MW, is designed to heat and power buildings of the Far Eastern Federal University and consumers located in the village of Pospelovo Russian island.

At the mini CHP has two gas turbines with heat recovery of exhaust gas (cogeneration units providing combined production of electricity and heat) and two gas hot water boiler. The main fuel for the generating equipment mini CHP "North" is a natural gas reserve — diesel. The gas line from the gas distribution system of the city Vladivostok to consumers of natural gas island built Russian "Gazprom mezhregiongaz." At present JSC "DVEUK" is working on the development and approval of tariffs for heat and electricity.
