Beginning in 2008, the territory of the Saratov fat plant modernization program successfully land the margarine production. As part of the modernization of the new site December 17, 2011 was put into operation a new line of fat and shortening up to 7 tons per hour.
Launch of the new line — a significant event in the life of the enterprise, as it allows not only increase production, but also to improve the quality of the finished product. For the new line has been chosen by chance modern equipment world-famous Danish-German company Gerstenberg-Schroeder, because it is a leader in the production lines for the continuous production of margarines, spreads, shortening and all kinds of industrial fats.
As part of the modernization of the margarine production site in March 2011 launched a line for the production of fats and margarines capacity of 12 tons per hour. In July 2011, we launched a line for the production of margarine for puff pastry up to 3 tons per hour, the equipment for which the company has put Bock &Sohn, known as a specialist in the production of packaging machines for margarines, oils, industrial fats and similar products. In the near future we plan to launch the third line on the new site margarine, margarine production line with capacity of 12 tons per hour.
