July 9, in the Chuvash Republic opened the Resource Center for training workers. He began work on the basis of "Cheboksary Electric Plant" and is a new mechanism of interaction of educational institutions and enterprises of the republic.
Cheboksary Electric Works purposefully working to create skilled jobs for young people (young people is more than 30% of the plant) and this resource center is a new mechanism of interaction between educational institutions and enterprises of the republic.
The ceremony was also attended by Acting Minister for Economic Development, Industry and Trade of the Republic Vladimir Avrelkin, president of the company "Siemens" in Russia and Central Asia, the vice-president of "Siemens AG" in the Chuvash Republic Dietrich Moeller, head of Cheboksary Leonid Circassians and and other officials.
The guests toured educational demonstration zone resource center, where the presentation of training equipment.
Michael Ignatieff told Dietrich Moeller, the agreement between JSC "Russian network" and Chuvashia, according to which the republic faces the task of training qualified personnel for the power sectors of the Russian Federation. To date, the country is a shortage of workers with specialized secondary education.
The president of the company "Siemens" in Russia and Central Asia, in turn, said that the company is investing to produce not only high quality managers, but also ordinary workers. ChEAZ Resource Center will be one of the areas of mutually beneficial cooperation and Chuvashia, a German company.
