70 years ago, the Nazis burned alive almost all the inhabitants of the village near Moscow Ragzino
He was released in January 1942, the Moscow region from the Germanic invaders, our troops for the first time have seen firsthand the terrible traces of the Nazi "new order." The Nazis just three months captured 37 districts of the Capital Region, but this short-term occupation in size, disposition and destruction was severe casualties. In all 37 districts were recorded facts of mass extermination of peaceful inhabitants. In the occupied areas were in the main old ladies with children. They had to survive the terrible days of. For the three-month stay in Moscow Nazis were executed in 2882 peaceful inhabitant, tortured and hanged more than 680 people. Deported to slavery 22475 people, of them — 11,735 kids up to 16 years.
The disaster of the village Ragzino
Recently I had had the opportunity to visit the area of the former Uvarov (now the land included in the Mozhayskiy district). There from 212 villages were completely destroyed Fri Nazis 95 (most of them have not recovered) from 6,800 homes burned more than 2,500.
The local old-timers told of the disaster Ragzino village, which was located 20 kilometers south of Uvarovka near Slaschova. Before the war, it was a small, but rich village of 20 households, which merged into the farm "Ray." Now we have even a jeep could not get there — there is no road, not even a path.
Yet village Ragzino, in my opinion, deserve to be here to install the memorial monument, bring tourists, school children, and of all who cherish the memory of stateliness Russian war, because its inhabitants have repeated the feat Belarusian Khatyn, all of whose people were burned alive by the Nazis for the link with the guerrillas.
At the moment, not many people remember even the old-timers of the details of what happened in Ragzino 70 years ago. Immediately after the war, several narrowly escaped the inhabitants of the village set in the woods on the ashes of the monument came to him every year on the day of victory. But for 20 years no one visited by apparently remained alive.
The museum Uvarov school are unique documents that tell about the disaster and heroism Ragzino. They still have time to put together Russian young rangers.
Kids were finished with stakes
From the memoirs of a former commander of the guerrilla group "Uvarov" Vasily Ilyich Kuskova: "In Ragzino we were connected, which tracked down everything that happens at the fascists. Headquarters constantly sent scouts here for disk imaging. Shortly before the New 1942 our scout Anatoly Platonov on the street Ragzino ran into a 2-SS. 1st he had killed and wounded a second. And he himself was shot to survivors fascist.
Aspiring Hitlerite said about what happened to the garrison, who was standing in the village Semenov. On the subsequent morning Ragzino raided more than two hundred fascists. The village was surrounded by heavily armed Nazis. Inhabitants gathered in one hut and began to question: where guerrilla base? All were silent. Then I will have released and the old men and young men burned to death. "
From a letter to the address of young Ranger School from participating in those events Claudia Popova: "I was 14 years old. I remember in the village arrived punitive expedition. The Germans began to cast out them all out and drive to the house Nikolaeviches, he was the greatest in Ragzino, with all this thrashed butts kicked. Our mother hesitated, and Teuton it struck. She fell, we yelled (and we had four kids, I'm older). Germans began to peel all, and we ran into the cold, who's in what was.
When gathered at Nikolaeviches, adults began to express the assumption that all of us will burn alive. Babies wailed, wept. Barely calmed them.
In the window we could see that the Germans were collected in carts belongings from their homes and taken away, and stealing cattle. When they were all sacked, the officer began to withdraw one guys (they were old men, because of the village who was younger, went to the front or to the guerrillas), sought to tell where the guerrilla base. Traitors are not found. Later came an interpreter and said, "According to German law, for the murder of the 1st German supposed to destroy 100 local hostages. But we give life to the ladies and children. Get out! "
At first the Nazis, it seems, old men and boys were going to burn in the house Nikolaeviches, but changed their minds, because it has not been looted. They were ferried to the house Filippov. The windows stood Germans with sticks and set on fire. When one of our tried to jump out of a burning hut in the box, finished off his stakes in the eyes of their mothers. This atrocity took place on December 31. I have so far I can not celebrate the New Year, I heard the smell of charred human flesh.
That night, who could somehow move around, went into the forest. I know where there is an old abandoned forester felling without equality, and we went there. Frostbitten feet — we later all the skin came off with the foot rags. After all, there were frosts of up to 30 degrees. Kindled the fire of the hut and kept fire three day or as long as we do not find and not taken to discover the guerrillas.
When the Moscow Region was released, we found the site of the village only ashes. During the retreat of the Germans set fire to the houses. In some old women were quite small and kids who could not come with us to the forest. All of them were burned alive.
Our father, Vasily Ivanovich Ivanov from the first days of the war went to the front and soon died. My grandfather and grandmother were burned in the Ragzino. The mother is still in the forest fell ill with pneumonia and died immediately after the liberation. We are orphans with no home, no relatives.
But Russian authorities have not dropped. Junior led the children's home, and I was sent to Lublin to a vocational school. After graduation was assigned to work in Kolomna, where to this day I live.
In the village lives Zhuravlevka Alexander Vinogradov. Him on that terrible day was 16. When the Germans were distilled old men and boys in the house Filippov, the son of Alexander and Sokolova (can not remember the name) hidden under the bed. And when the Germans were driven out of the street, they slipped into the yard and hid in a haystack. And survived. "
From the memoirs of Alexander A. Vinogradov, "We Alyoshka Sokolov from haystacks NIGHT MODE able to go to the forest. Found the guerrillas. And when the time came, I asked the front. There was a machine gunner and killed more than a dozen Nazis, and revenge for his countrymen, and for all our people. In 1944 he was seriously wounded, discharged. I work as a forester in Uvarov forestry. "
From a letter to Stephen Eremeeva Mozhayskiy district committee of the CPSU, 1970: "I come from a village Slaschova, a mile from which there was village Ragzino. I inform you that I know personally some people who had survived the disaster. This Alexander Vinogradov, Daria and Alexei Sokolov, Claudia Popov, Polina Pavlova. Known to me and the names of some burnt alive by Vasily Yakovlev, chairman of a collective farm, his brother Simon Yakovlev, Alexei Smirnov, his son Dmitri Smirnov, Yegor Logatchev, Peter Osipov, Alex Fucking, Alex jumps.
The inhabitants of the village Ragzino showed courage and heroism, did not flinch before the Nazis and kept secret guerrilla. They are all — both alive and dead — deserve government awards and perpetuate the memory. At this point, in preparation for the 25th anniversary of the Victory and stateliness the 30th anniversary of the liberation o
f Moscow from the Nazis and their Western stooges, it would be appropriate to address this issue. "
Unfortunately, a feat Ragzino and its inhabitants so to this day and is not marked, but we are celebrating the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the Capital Region.
