One of the managers of the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy" George Dzmitruk of Kobrin's tax office has exposed a fine of 18 million rubles for exceeding his personal expenses over revenue. The activist said the decision politically motivated and is going to question it.
George Dzmitruk says all kind of inspections of its revenues are drawn past few years. First, income opposition analyzed Department of Financial Investigations, then state control, and for the past four months, he almost every day Tax officials have met with Kobrin. Inspectors analyzed the income and expenses of Mr Dmitruk over the last ten years:
"They did not find any violations of these years. So went the other way: calculated how much I have to earn to cover expenses. Moreover, these costs are also independently calculated, taking into account the cost of living, taxes paid were counted. As a result, I was informed that the income for 10 years did not cover my expenses. "
During the investigation Tax, says activist BCD increased the amount of the fine. As a result, in a short time he will have to pay about 18 million rubles:
"I came that for several months I have to pay this amount, otherwise the case will go to trial."
George Dzmitruk says Now that is consulting with a lawyer and is going to appeal the decision of the tax authorities in court.
Coordinator of the BCD for Brest Dmitry Shuhray convinced that this case is politically motivated:
"This penalty is associated with political activities of George Dmitruk. And then, I believe, the pressure on the eve of the presidential campaign. Dzmitruk is the leader of the alternative government for a single candidate."
Tax audits in respect of the social and political activists in the Brest region Lately activated, said Dmitry Shuhray.
