On Sinarsky Pipe Plant (SinTZ), which is part of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), obtained prototypes of high-quality iron ore slag and sludge neutralization with characteristics corresponding to the best samples of iron ore sinter and pellets, produced in Russia.
At ferrous metallurgy much of the iron-containing waste is not returned to production, and is stored in special areas, which have a negative impact on the environment.
A significant event for the industry was the development of Seversky Pipe Plant in 2012 with «Specialized Design Bureau of mechanization and automation" (Ekaterinburg) technology, which allows to produce iron ore raw materials on the spot scaling without the need for transportation to the mining and processing enterprises.
To obtain samples of iron ore, iron ore peers fluxed pellets, used finely divided scale site industrial wastewater treatment facilities (ISPS) and neutralization sludge wash water pickling production unit at the site of treatment facilities energotseha.
