Turkey will start mass production of unmanned aircraft of the latest generation

According to him, soon after the signing of the respective agreements in Turkey will begin mass production of unmanned aerial vehicle ANKA last generation.

During a series of acceptance tests, which began in the autumn of 2012, the UAV Anka performed some test flights. In addition, the UAV was checked on the automatic takeoff and landing. January 22 UAV performed overnight flight.
Anka has a length of eight meters and a wingspan of 17.3 meters drone. Apparatus resettled engine capacity of 155 horsepower. According to TAI, the UAV is capable of conducting in the air more than 24 hours out reconnaissance from a height of nine thousand feet. While Anka equipped only with infrared and electro-optical surveillance systems, but in the long run the machine receives electronic intelligence systems, satellite communication and broadcast signals.
