Earthquake of magnitude 4.5 occurred on Friday in the waters of the Laptev Sea, adjacent to the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), told RIA Novosti the Geophysical Service of Russian Academy of Sciences.
The earthquake occurred in 645 km to the north of the polar station "Danube Island" Bulun area at a depth of 10 kilometers, with a magnitude of 4.5.
In urban areas of significant aftershocks was not felt. Victims or damage.
