The most snow was in the Yaroslavl region, where 31 millimeters of rain fell — more than the monthly norm. In the Kaluga region fell to 14 millimeters in Tula — up to 18 millimeters in Ivanovo — up to 19 mm, in the Vladimir and Moscow — up to 24 millimeters.
