At the city Tin Works launched a new factory where the equipment is installed cost of 100 million rubles.
At the heart of the production — the development of Novosibirsk scientists. New technology allows us to "catch" the smallest particles of tin from the so-called tailings — the land that remains after melting of the metal.
The shop factory installed special equipment, worth about 100 million rubles. Testing new equipment took place in June. It is now operating at full capacity.
— At the moment, only in our shop enrichment is more than 1,000 tons of materials. For us, this is enough for two years of continuous operation. As a result, we plan to get more than 1 billion rubles, — said the director of the Novosibirsk Tin Plant Alexander Dugelny. — Then in the plans — to do the processing of raw materials Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company. Now the plant has debt of about 1 billion 300 million rubles. We hope that this production will help us deal with it. After all, there is no such factories not only in Russia but also in the world. There was once a project in Australia, worth about $ 50 million, but it has not been able to realize.
According to the experts, the city in such a production needed for a long time. More than half a century of waste that is left over after the production of tin, simply dumped. Now the area of "cemetery" is 15 hectares. Steelmakers promise that thanks to the new enterprise, in 5-7 years, this area will be thoroughly cleaned.
— Once this part is released, we will decide how to use it, — said the mayor of Novosibirsk Vladimir Gorodetsky. — We will carry out the environmental review, and if rates are satisfactory, then the place, you may be even a residential neighborhood.
