During 10 months of 2012 the Russian aviation industry enterprises were built 15 new passenger and cargo aircraft, more than half of which (9) had new regional airliners SSJ100. Another two Russian-designed aircraft were built in Uzbekistan (one Il-76TD-90VD and IL-114-100). During the same period, were put into operation 12 planes (including the Tashkent IL-76TD-90VD — 13), of which four (two Tu-204-300, Tu-one and one 214SUS SSJ100) were manufactured and flight tested a year earlier.

Below is a brief overview of the production and supply of Aircraft Construction on major programs implemented in Russia in 2012
During 10 months of 2012 JSC "VASO" built and flight tested a new IL-96-300PU (M1) at the request of the Russian Federation UDP. Until the end of the year can transfer it into operation in the Arctic Ocean, "Russia." The plant has a ready-made cargo plane Il-96-400T, was flight tested in 2011, but the delivery of it to the end of the year due to the lack of actual customer is unlikely.
In 2012, the JSC "Avistar-SP" not made any new aircraft Tu-204. At the beginning of the year in operation in the Arctic Ocean, "Russia" put two flight tested in 2011, the Tu-204-300. In storage at the plant are two surrendered in 2010 to the customer (IFC) cargo aircraft Tu-204-100C (flight tested in 2009). Until the end of the year can transfer one of them to the airline "Transaero".
Information about the construction in 2012 of JSC "CAPO" new Tu-214 is not yet available. Spring has been put into operation in the Arctic Ocean, "Russia" was flight tested in 2011, the Tu-214SUS. In tests with the 2011 is a special purpose aircraft Tu-214ON, delivery is scheduled for 2012
During 10 months of 2012 JSC "VASO" manufactured and flight tested two new aircraft An-148-100E. One of them has already put into operation by the airline, "Angara", until the end of the year is expected to transfer two more (including one released in 2011). In addition, before the end of the year can be expected to complete the construction and testing of two aircraft on the orders of Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (148-100EM) and UDP RF (An-148-100E), but their delivery can be postponed to early 2013
In storage at the plant are still two available 148-100E in the export performance, but the surrender them to the end of the year is unlikely due to the lack of actual customer.
During 10 months of 2012 JSC "Sukhoi Civil Aircraft" produced 9 new aircraft SSJ100-95B, for use by the airline "Aeroflot" put 6 aircraft (including one flight tested in 2011). Of the four remaining aircraft production in 2012 is prepared to surrender one airline "Yakutia", a joint venture SJI transferred to Venice for customization before delivery airline Interjet (Mexico), one is located in Ulyanovsk on the installation and interior painting before delivery airline Sky Aviation (Indonesia) and another one being built for "Armavia" is used for tests of JSC "Sukhoi Civil Aircraft". Until the end of the year you can expect completion of the second aircraft for the airline "Yakutia", one or two planes to Interjet, the first aircraft for the airline Lao Central Airlines (Laos) and the second aircraft to Sky Aviation, as well as possibly another aircraft for "Aeroflot" — first improved configuration. In operation before the end of the year can be put another three aircraft (two — the airline "Yakutia" and one — in the Sky Aviation).
During 10 months of 2012 JSC "Aviacor — Aviation Plant" produced and handed over to the Russian Defense Ministry commissioned a new aircraft, the An-140-100. Another similar aircraft built, but not yet flight tested and can also be delivered to the customer before the end of the year.
During 10 months of 2012 to JSC "Aviacor — Aviation Plant" made and put up in the Defense Ministry one new Tu-154, completed construction of the second.
In 2012, the GAO "Chkalov" (Uzbekistan) was built and put into operation in the "Volga-Dnepr" one Il-76TD-90VD — apparently, the final flight of the family of IL-76 production in Tashkent.
JSC "Aviastar-SP" manufactured and launched the first test flight prototype Il-76MD-90A Ulyanovsk production, is the construction of three production aircraft, two of which can be ready in 2013
In 2012, the GAO "Chkalov" (Uzbekistan) built one Il-114-100, which by the end of the year to be commissioned in the NAC "Uzbekistan Airways". In all likelihood, it will be the final aircraft of the Il-114 production Tashkent. In view of the remaining manufacturing in Tashkent hurt considering the possibility of mastering the production of IL-114-100 on one of the Russian aircraft factories.
In view of the existing production backlogs, until the end of the year you can expect the Russian aircraft industry construction and testing of another 6-8 new passenger planes, including another one or two An-148, three or four SSJ100, one An-140-100s and one Tu-154. Thus, according to preliminary estimates, two months before the end of the year, just in 2012 in Russia can be made 21-23 new passenger and cargo aircraft (23-25 with the Tashkent aircraft production), which is only 2-4 aircraft more than the year before (in 2011, Russia built 19 new passenger and cargo aircraft and 22 — subject to Chkalov).
Supplies of Russian aircraft industry in 2012 may reach 20-22 aircraft (including TAPOiCH 22-24), which is 8-10 more airplanes than in 2011 (then delivered 12 Russian-made aircraft and four — Tashkent). Thus, while maintaining the low (10-20%) of the dynamics of production of new aircraft can be expected to significantly (by 65-85%) the growth of supply.
However, it is already clear that the plan of production and deliveries of civilian aircraft in 2012 will be significantly underfulfilled — mainly SSJ100 program and AN-148. According to the annual report of the KLA in 2011, approved July 4, 2012, this year planned to deliver 36 aircraft to customers, including SSJ100 — 24 Antonov An-148 — 9, Tu-204-300 — 2, IL-96-300 — 1 (except for products not included in the Samara JSC UAC "Aviacor" and Tashkent GAO "Chkalov"). Implementation of the plan by enterprises UAC on actual year-end, thus, can make only 40-50%.
However, the positive dynamics of supply, development gaining momentum mass production SSJ100 aircraft and the practical results of the program Il-76MD-90A inspire cautious optimism about the increasing trend of production growth Russian passenger and cargo aircraft in the short and medium term.
